Two charged with smuggling 12,000+ Kpods at Woodlands; face 20 years' jail under enhanced laws

Two men aged 24 and 26 were charged with importing more than 12,000 Kpods (etomidate-laced vapes) through Singapore's Woodlands Checkpoint, the first prosecution under the strengthened Misuse of Drugs Act. If convicted they face up to 20 years' jail and caning. The case follows recent legal changes treating etomidate as a Class C drug.
