Singapore tutor charged after allegedly fracturing 8-year-old pupil's forearm

Tan Kwan Hong, 37, was charged on 13 May 2026 with voluntarily causing grievous hurt after he allegedly shoved an eight-year-old pupil at a Thomson Road property on 30 January, causing a forearm fracture and lip abrasion. Tan also runs Strawberry Holdings, a company in event management, education and strategy consulting.
