The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) participated in Exercise Red Flag – Alaska, a large-scale multilateral air combat exercise hosted by the United States Air Force at Eielson Air Force Base from May 28 to June 12, 2026. The RSAF deployed 10 F-16 and eight F-15SG fighter aircraft with over 250 personnel, competing alongside more than 60 foreign aircraft from Belgium, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. The RSAF clinched all three available awards — Top Mission Commander, Top Fighter Generation Squadron, and Top Sorties Generated — which the detachment commander attributed to 'the professionalism and dedication of our airmen and women, as well as the high training standards that the RSAF upholds.'
